Data collected

Through the quote form: name, phone, email, pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers and message. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your number and messages are processed through that service.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your quote request and organise your transfer (pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract). It is never sold or used for advertising.

Recipients

Only JET-VTC has access to your data. It is hosted in France by o2switch.

Retention

Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Data relating to a completed service is kept for the legal retention period for accounting records.

The website only uses cookies required for it to work. You can manage your consent at any time through the cookie banner.
